Damage to the shoulder area of the bat which is not related to the handle. Cracked shoulder which lead to the ears of the bat can lead to a delaminated handle. We’ll contact you after inspection of the bat if the cracked shoulder also requires repair for a delaminated handle.
Relating to cracks, splits, compression cracks, etc., on either edge or face of the blade. Severe cracking down one or both edges may indicate the face is delaminated and may require being booked in under ‘Delaminated Face’. This repair includes damage to the sides and back edges of the bat.
Any repairs relating to the toe of the bat. Including cracks, splits, feathering, missing pieces (although it’s better if the piece can be sent in as well), reshaping of toe. Bats sent in with toe guards may have to have it removed to access the damage. Toe guards can be refitted at an extra cost. Bats sent in without Toe guards will have a waterproof seal applied to the Toe. There’s not much that can be done with swelling of the toe due to water. We can lightly sand the area, repress and oil
